Pricing, refund, changes and cancellation policy

  1. All prices quoted by The London Bridge Centre are customized as per the clients’ requirements.
  2. The London Bridge Centre reserves the right to change any of the prices, services or other particulars contained on the website at any time.
  3. If you receive a discount particular to a training course for a specific location and date, rescheduling is only possible once payment for the full amount of the course is taken.
Deposits and balance payments
  1. If you want to confirm your session with us, you will have to pay a minimum advance deposit of 25% of the total package amount agreed upon at the time of customizing your training package. The balance payment will be charged to you in installments across the course of your training. You will be sent a payment link to the payment gateway on our website (CC Avenue) through which you may remit your payment using any major credit or debit card.

    Please note: In order to confirm your training session, the advance payment of 25% of total package amount is mandatory.
  2. In addition to receipt of the advance amount, The London Bridge will confirm start of your training session via e-mail as well.
Making changes to your courses
  1. If a request to change course dates is made:
    1. more than 30 days prior to the training session start date there will be no fee to re-schedule.
    2. between 30 days and 15 days before the training session start date the fee to re-schedule will be 5% of the total package cost. The fee must be paid at time of re-scheduling.
    3. in 14 days or less of the training course start date no changes or cancellations can be made.
    4. if a classroom course is booked within 14 days of the training course start date no changes or cancellations can be made.
Customer satisfaction
  1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the course you have purchased after, you are entitled to cancel the remainder of the sessions. 25% of the total package amount will be withheld as non-refundable deposit. The balance will be refunded within 14 calendar days from the date you made the purchase of the course, unless this is within 14 days of the start date of a training course. In this case, no refund is possible. After 14 calendar days you are outside the ‘cooling off’ period and you are not entitled to a refund if you wish to cancel. If you have purchased a training course or combined course by initially paying a deposit, we are only able to refund the balance payment, as deposits are non-refundable. If you have purchased an online or combined course and have started the course and/or submitted the learner agreement, you are not entitled to a refund, as per the legislation on digital content.
Course cancellation by The London Bridge Centre
  1. We reserve the right to change or cancel the course. The very nature of our training course offered requires flexibility by all parties. For this reason, the outline itinerary and description must be taken as an indication of what may take place on the course, and not as a contractual obligation.
  2. If the minimum number of bookings required to run a training course is not met, and if The London Bridge Centre has to cancel a course for this reason, they will endeavour not to do so less than 14 days prior to the course date.
  3. In the event of The London Bridge Centre trainer being unable to attend due to trainer illness or other circumstances beyond their control, the course may be cancelled. We will endeavour to provide an alternative trainer but this is not always possible. Refunds of any fees paid will be made but no liability shall be taken for travel or accommodation costs incurred by you.
Course cancellation by students
  1. Course cancellations will only be accepted in writing or via e-mail with a valid reason.Written proof of the reason will be required within 7 days of the notification (e.g. Doctor’s certificate) before any cancellation can be considered.Refund will be at the sole discretion of The London Bridge Centre in such cases.
Online/Combined courses
  1. You cannot get a refund on online courses outside the 14 calendar day cooling off period. By starting your online course or submitting the learner registration details you are deemed to have begun your course and to have acknowledged that your right to cancel your course and receive a refund will be lost. You have from one to six months to complete the course from date of purchase, depending on which course has been customised to suit your needs.
